Shakhtar Donetsk to argue FIFA breached law when allowing foreign players to leave

Shakhtar Donetsk intend to argue that FIFA breached Ukrainian law, Swiss law and European Union competition law when the Ukrainian club’s €50million (£43m; $53m) legal case against world football’s governing body is heard at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Switzerland next week.
