Russia claim "no international law in sport" after fencers miss FIE World Cup events

Russian Fencing Federation (FFR) President Ilgar Mammadov has complained that there "is no international law in sport" after complaining that the International Fencing Federation (FIE) are refusing to answer their questions about the neutral status of fencers and support staff from Russia and Belarus.
