Premier League clubs push for removal of chairman Gary Hoffman

A majority of Premier League clubs dissatisfied with the leadership of the top-flight want chairman Gary Hoffman to lose his job, The Athletic has revealed in David Ornstein’s weekly column. Hoffman was only appointed to the Premier League in April 2020 but is said to have struggled for popularity during a turbulent 18 months, so much so that a desire to see him leave has emerged.
