Litigation funder Thrivest loses challenge over NFL concussion payouts

Litigation funder Thrivest Specialty failed on Friday to persuade a U.S. appeals court to intercede in its bid to change how professional football players receive money from the league's historic $1 billion settlement for concussion-related injuries.
